- Oct. 24, 2024: Abstract submission opens.
- Dec. 5, 2024: Abstract submission closes.
Registration
- Jan 15, 2025: Registration and housing open for AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT members.
- Jan 22, 2025: General registration and housing open for nonmembers.
- Feb. 27, 2025: Early bird registration deadline (last day to save).
Meeting Dates
- May 3–6, 2025: DDW takes place in San Diego, CA and online.
- May 4–6, 2025: The DDW Exhibit Hall is open.
