DDW® Scam Websites: How to Spot and Avoid Them

As registration and housing has opened for Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2025, we want to post our yearly reminder to be wary of unofficial websites and emails for the 2025 event. Trusted information about registration and housing can be found on the DDW website.

What To Look For

DDW 2025 Official Vendor Seal Logo

When you register or book housing with us, you’ll see the official DDW vendor seal, as shown here. DDW also does not use or supply third-party vendors to sell attendee lists. Purchasing a mailing list through our Industry Supporter Resource Center is the only way supporters can obtain an attendee list.

Sites We’ve Identified

Check back frequently to see the fraudulent websites and companies we’ve identified so far claiming to offer registration, housing or attendee lists. DDW is not affiliated with them at all. This list will be updated with new sites and contacts as we identify them.
