Registration and housing for Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2022 are now open. Don’t miss this chance to join a global community of GI leaders and take part in important discussions that move our field forward.
Ongoing COVID-19 pandemic disruptions made us rework our meeting model — and we’re happy to introduce our first hybrid event. This year, you have the choice to attend in person in San Diego or virtually through our cutting-edge platform. We’re excited to come together once again in an environment where your safety and wellbeing are our first priority.
2022 Pricing
Pricing is the same for in person and virtual attendees with discounted registration rates available through March 30. Society member postdoctoral fellows, trainees and students receive complimentary registration during this early bird period.
Registering early also means you can secure your choice of hotel and spot(s) in ticketed sessions, like the AGA and ASGE Postgraduate Courses, Breakfast Connections and the Meet-the-Professor Luncheons. Visit the DDW website to view all registration categories and pricing.
Meeting Dates
DDW takes place May 21–24. The on-site Exhibit Hall will be open May 22–24 and the virtual Industry Supporter Showcase will be available May 21–24.

I am a student member of AASLD but cannot find my name or register for the conference
Hi, if you have attended DDW in the past six years, you can locate your record with your email address, by searching your last/family name plus your zip/postal code, or with your DDW ID number. New attendees need to create a record. If you’ve tried this and are still having issues, please reach out to our registration partner at [email protected] or +1-508-743-8521.
I have reached out to the registration partner on the mentioned email but I have got no reply from their side. Plus I dont know how to create a a record for new attendees.
I am still not able to register and I have got no reply from the registration partner. There is no option for a Member who is registering for the first time.
Dr. Karnik, thank you for your note. It appears that our Member Services team received your email message on 1/20 and followed up with a resolution the next day. Hopefully, you’re all set now! If not, please email us at [email protected]. We’re happy to help!
