Welcome to Washington, D.C. and Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2018! Here you will learn monumental developments in science and medicine over the next four days. Included below is some information you’ll need to make the meeting go smoothly.
Registration and Materials
Registration is open in Hall D of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (WCC). The hours are noon through 8 p.m. today, 7 a.m–6 p.m. Saturday through Monday, and 7 a.m–4 p.m. Tuesday. If you’ve already received your badge in the mail before the meeting (it was in a yellow envelope) — you don’t need to go to the main registration area. Just take the entire envelope containing your badge and all of your tickets to one of the materials pick-up areas, located in Hall D and in select DDW hotels (Grand Hyatt Washington, Marriott Marquis Washington D.C. or Renaissance Washington D.C. Downtown Hotel). As always while at DDW, you will need to wear your name badge at all times in order to gain access to ticketed sessions for which you have registered.
If you didn’t receive your badge in the mail prior to the meeting, or if you need to have a change or correction made, please go to Registration in Hall D.
To avoid tomorrows’ rush, we strongly encourage you to pick up your materials today.
