Visit San Diego’s Beaches

Catch a wave and surf, swim or relax on the sand while reading a good book. All of San Diego’s beaches are free to the public, so come along by yourself, family or friends to enjoy some sunshine by the water! 

Take a Stroll Along Balboa Park 

A trip to San Diego would be remiss without visiting Balboa Park. Marvel at its Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture, take advantage of visiting several of the site’s 17 museums, free daily park tours and spectacular gardens (seven are free daily). The Timken Museum of art is always free, and the recently renovated Mingei Museum offers free areas.

Listen to the San Diego Symphony  

A key cornerstone of San Diego is its cultural arts experience, The San Diego Symphony regularly has rehearsals that are free to the public, while saving $39+ on ticket prices. It is located at the recently upgraded Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, along the waterfront to the west of the San Diego Convention Center.
