The deadline to claim your Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2019 Continuing Medical Education (CME) is almost here. To claim your credit online, visit the CME claim site before Oct. 31 and follow the simple steps below.
To claim CME:
- Visit the CME claim site.
- Log in with your last name and badge number (click “forgot login info” if you can’t remember your badge number).
- Select the DDW CME certificate by clicking on the “update and print” link.
- Hover your cursor over the “Begin by searching for sessions to add line” and click the link to search for the sessions you attended. Any saved sessions that you flagged for CME using the DDW Mobile App or that required additional fees will automatically populate.
- To flag a session for CME, open the DDW Mobile App and tap on the session and then the CME ribbon. Flagged sessions should have a green checkmark with the ribbon.
- Search for the sessions you attended. Attendees can claim up to 40.25 credits.
- For each session, complete the brief session evaluation and submit.
- After you have added all sessions you attended, click the “Print” button to generate your CME certificate. If you had sessions saved in the mobile app that you would now like to remove from your list in the CME site, you must remove them in the app first, by tapping on the session and then the CME ribbon.
After the Oct. 31 deadline, you have the option of manually claiming your CME from DDW 2019 and previous years by submitting a CME Request Form.
To print your DDW certificate of participation:
- Visit the CME claim site.
- Log in with your last name and badge number (click “forgot login info” if you can’t remember your badge number).
- Select the DDW CME Certificate of Participation by clicking on the “activate and print” link.
- Change the way you would like to appear on the certificate (if applicable).
- Click “Print Certificate” to generate your certificate.
