The wait is finally over: registration for Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2021 is now open! All sponsoring society members and nonmembers can register at this time. For more than 50 years, the digestive disease community has connected over the best science, education and networking at DDW, and we’re confident this year will be no exception. In fact, we’re excited by opportunities the new format provides to learn, share and connect with each other. We can’t wait to virtually connect with you May 21–23.
Discounted rates are available through March 31. AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT member trainees, postdoctoral fellows, medical residents and students also receive complimentary registration during the early bird period. Visit the DDW website to see all registration categories and pricing.
Your Guide to Registration
1. Go to the DDW registration site.
Visit the registration site. If you’re a member of AASLD, AGA, ASGE or SSAT, or you have attended DDW in the past six years, you can locate your record using your email address, DDW ID number, or your last name and zip code. If you have never been to DDW before and are not a member of the sponsoring societies, please click on the nonmember icon to begin.
After locating your record or starting a new registration, you can complete your registration using Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn and authorizing InGo to access the account. This will auto-fill some information for you and allow you to see who else from your social networks is attending DDW.
2. Enter your personal information and complete your registrant profile.
You will be asked to enter your name, professional designation(s), company, department, job title, and mailing address, as well as a series of demographic questions.
3. Select a package.
You can view the full list of registration categories and prices on the DDW website. There are no ticketed sessions this year; all scientific sessions, ePosters, industry programming and access to the Industry Supporter Showcase are included in the cost of registration (excluding the Industry Supporter Showcase only category).
4. Review your information.
Be sure to review all of your information carefully for accuracy.
5. Complete your payment.
Enter your credit card information and accept the DDW Terms and Conditions.
6. Confirm your registration.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided from [email protected]. This email will contain information about how to make registration changes.
