Speakers from AGA will explain their framework for achieving gender equity in gastroenterology, falling into six domains:

- wellness and balance
- professional recruitment and retention
- mentorship and sponsorship
- recognition
The panel will conclude with a panel of diverse speakers discussing the desired future state of women in the field and what tactics would help get us there.
