Registration

Members of AASLDAGAASGE and SSAT can register starting on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019. Registration for nonmembers opens Jan. 23. If you’re not a member, there’s still plenty of time to join one (or more) of the four societies and receive the members’ discount on your DDW registration.

The early bird deadline for registration is April 3, 2019. Registering before or on this date will save you money on your registration.

Rooms in the hotels nearest the convention center go fast. Registering early is the key to securing a reservation in the hotel of your choice. If you’d like to be notified as soon as registration opens, just fill out this online form to receive an email announcement.
