With Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2018 quickly approaching, we know you’re excited to begin planning how your time will be spent during the meeting. As you’re planning, make sure to pencil in ample time to visit the Exhibit Hall.
The Exhibit Hall is where you can come to get exposed to the latest in GI technology and services while catching up with colleagues or grabbing a bite to eat. To get the most out of your time at the Exhibit Hall, make sure you:
- Visit over 290 exhibitors to view new technology and participate in interactive demonstrations. Use the interactive floor plan to view a full list of companies exhibiting at DDW 2018.
- Check out DDW’s newest exhibitors in the New Exhibitor Pavilion, located in Hall A, aisles 300 – 600.
- Learn about non-profit organizations that promote public awareness of gastroenterology-related issues by visiting Foundation Row, located in Hall A, aisles 300 – 500.
- View special programming at the DDW Theater, located in the rear of Hall B, aisles 2100 – 2400.
- Recharge, relax and connect with colleagues over some complimentary afternoon snacks, served each afternoon at 3 p.m., including coffee, frozen yogurt and popcorn.
- Grab a meal at the DDW Café, a dining option conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall that will save time and allow you to sit down and select from a variety of menu selections.
The Exhibit Hall is located in Hall A-C of The Walter E. Washington Convention Center and is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 3 through Tuesday, June 5. While on site, view the Exhibit Guide section of DDW Daily News for an exhibitor listing and a map to navigate the hall.
More “Must-See” Meeting Highlights
In addition to the Exhibit Hall, there are a variety of area that will make your time at DDW 2018 worthwhile. Located in Hall D on the second level of the convention center, you will find several different spaces dedicated to providing attendee resources. Hall D is open Saturday, June 2 to Monday, June 4, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesday, June 5, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop through to check out:

Have your CV professionally reviewed at the DDW Career and Recruitment Center. Take advantage of this opportunity to get your CV in shape for the Career Fair on Monday, June 4. Appointments can be scheduled for Sunday, June 3 and Monday, June 4, 9-5 p.m.

Stop by the tech desk when you need to inquire about any of DDW’s digital platforms, including the DDW Mobile App, social media channels, ePosters and DDW On Demand online access. Staff will provide hands-on help for all your tech needs.
