To register for any of the these items, visit the DDW Registration Resource Center (RRC) and login with your email and badge number. If you still need to register for the meeting, sign up before March 15 to receive a discounted rate. AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT member postdoctoral fellows, trainees, residents and students receive complimentary registration until this date. We can’t wait to see you in May!

Ticketed Sessions: Friday, May 5–Tuesday, May 9, Times Vary; Fees Vary

From Breakfast Connections and Meet-the-Professor Luncheons to Hands-On and Postgraduate Courses, there are plenty of additional ticketed sessions you can choose from.

Attendance for these sessions is limited, and some will sell out early. Some ticketed session pricing will increase after the March 15 early bird deadline.

Postgraduate Course Recordings; Fees Vary

Purchase AGA Postgraduate Course or ASGE Postgraduate Course recordings and watch them any time. If you are already registered for a postgraduate course, session recordings are included with your ticket.

Camp DDW

DDW will offer childcare for children ages six months to 12 years, located in a hotel conveniently accessible from the convention center. While you’re in sessions, children participate in age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts projects, active games and much more in a safe, nurturing environment. To ensure your child has a place, please pre-register by April 28, 2023.
