The Poster Hall at DDW® 2017

The Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2017 Poster Hall is a must-visit destination during DDW 2017. The Poster Hall will feature more than 4,200 posters over four days. Despite the size of the Poster Hall, a visit there is truly an interactive experience. Poster presenters will be at their posters from noon to 2 p.m. every day, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and presenters the opportunity to receive feedback on their work. Be sure to visit the Poster Hall to take advantage of the opportunity to start one-on-one conversations with fellow researchers and scientists.

Posters are grouped by DDW Tracks in the Hall, making it easy to find specific topics of interest. To maximize your time, view the Poster Locator Signs in the Poster Hall or in the Daily pages to see a color-coded map of the DDW Tracks featured in the Poster Hall.

As you stroll through the Poster Hall, you will notice blue ribbons at some poster boards, denoting DDW Posters of Distinction. These posters are ranked in the top 10 percent of abstracts selected for poster presentation by AASLD, AGA and SSAT.

All About ePosters

New for 2017, DDW will offer ePoster tours in the DDW ePosters Theater, located near the Poster Hall Information Desk. These free tours will feature society experts and poster presenters discussing their research in a small, theater setting. Three tours will be offered each day. If you cannot attend a tour, you may scan the QR codes placed on all poster boards to access full-text abstracts and ePosters, if submitted. ePosters will also be available at http://ddw.apprisor.org/ during the meeting and at the DDW ePosters Archive Site in June.

Don’t forget to download the DDW Mobile App before you visit the Poster Hall. With the app, you can browse poster abstracts, find poster numbers and ping poster locations to easily find the posters you want to view.

The Poster Hall will be located in South Hall A and will be open Saturday, May 6 through Tuesday, May 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
